Meet the Trident Team

Cecile Eck
Cecile has been in the vacation rental business since 1985, when she started as General Manager of O’Shaughnessy Resort Rentals in Charleston. Born and raised in the Lowcountry of South Carolina, Cecile previously owned and operated Charleston Resort Properties and Plantation Home Services before joining her husband Vince at Trident in 2000. A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Cele is active in many local organizations and is a board member of the Low Country Property Managers Association.

Linda Cope
Linda has been a resident of Hilton Head Island since 1986, and currently lives in Palmetto Dunes. After a 13 year career as a court reporter in Chicago, she entered the hospitality industry on Hilton Head. She joined Trident in 2007, bringing her customer service and administrative skills, along with local inside scoop on activities, dining and music on the Island. She takes pride in assisting owners with the management of their villas and homes, as well as making sure our guests are well taken care of.

Karen Pence
Karen is originally from Hickory, North Carolina. She has been a resident of Hilton Head Island since 1997. She is a graduate of Wingate University with a BA in Human services and an emphasis on German. Karen has worked in a variety of management settings, most recently as Marketing Director for Forsythe Jewelers.

Charles Hopkins
Charles was raised in the rental business and has worked in every department, from housekeeping to maintenance to reservations. He is a graduate of Winthrop University with a BA in Business Administration and is a licensed US Coast Guard Captain.
