Rental Rates
Rates are bases on a 3 night minimum. Properties in Ocean Areas rent Saturday to Saturday during Summer Season (and other peak weeks). Rates do not include local or state taxes and fees.
Deposits
Rentals are confirmed by Visa or Mastercard. Payment can be made by Check, Visa or Mastercard. A 50% deposit is due within 14 days of reservation. Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival is after 4:00 PM. Departure is 10:00AM.
Pets
Pets are not permitted in villas or homes. We will be happy to suggest a local kennel.
Equipment Rental
We can assist with any items you may need to make your vacation more comfortable: Bicycles, baby items and even beach chairs! Your rental assistant will be happy to provide contact information upon request.
Cancellations
All cancellations are subject to a $75.00 charge. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will receive a refund of deposit if the property is re-rented for the same time period.
All properties are non-smoking.

By Air
Hilton Head Airport (HHH)
Commuter airlines fly directly into Hilton Head. The 4,300-foot airstrip also accommodates private aircraft.
Savannah International (SAV)
Major carriers fly into Savannah, GA. Airport transportation is available to and from Savannah Airport via limousine service.
By Car
Hilton Head Island is located off the coast of South Carolina between Beaufort, SC and Savannah, GA. Motorists should take I-95 to S.C. Exit 8 (U.S. Hwy 278); then follow the signs to Hilton Head. Palmetto Dunes/Shelter Cove is located on U.S. Hwy 278, approximately 8 miles after the bridge to the island.
By Boat
Palmetto Dunes/Shelter Cove Harbour is located on Broad Creek, just off the Intracoastal Waterway at marker R ”32”. The channel up Broad Creek is well marked. Shelter Cove Harbour has 9’ MLW.LATITUDE 32 10n; LONGITUDE 80 44 W. Harbourmaster monitors VHF #16 and #68. Slips are available for vessels up to 110’ in length. Dockage reservations are suggested.
